What the CRMdig beta actually involves (and why July is the right time to join)

Jen·Jul 9, 2026·3 min read

You clicked "Request beta access." You got a form asking for your name, email, and role. And then... not much else. No timeline, no explanation of what you're signing up for, no sense of what happens after you hit submit.

That's on us. So here's the whole thing, spelled out.

The short version

The CRMdig beta is 90 days of full Pro access, free, no credit card. We're capping it at 100 people. In exchange, we ask for honest feedback. That's the trade.

If you join in July, your 90 days puts you at a decision point in early Q4, right when we set public pricing. Beta members get their founder rate before that price is announced. More on that below.

What you get

Full Pro access for 90 days. Connect your Salesforce org, run unlimited plain-English queries against it through Claude or ChatGPT, execute SOQL, dig into your schema. No feature limits, no credit card, no gotchas at day 91.

A direct line to us. Bugs, questions, weird org behavior, it all comes straight to the founders. There's no support queue because there's no support team. There's just us, and we answer.

A real say in the roadmap. We're a two-person company in beta. What you tell us is confusing or missing directly determines what we build next sprint. This is not a suggestion box that routes to nowhere.

Founder pricing, locked before launch. On day 85 of your beta, you'll get your founder rate in writing, before public pricing exists. You'll know your cost before anyone else does. When we launch publicly in Q4, that rate stays yours.

What we ask

One thing is required: a 5-minute feedback survey at day 30, 60, and 90. What worked, what didn't, what's missing.

Two things are optional: a single 30-minute feedback call if you're up for it, and unfiltered honesty whenever something breaks, confuses you, or surprises you. We're not looking for polished feedback. The unvarnished version is the useful one.

The 90-day arc

  • Day 1: Access granted. Setup takes under 10 minutes via a Connected app with read-only access.

  • Day 30: First survey.

  • Day 60: Second survey. By now CRMdig is in your actual workflow, and your feedback reflects that.

  • Day 85: Your founder pricing offer arrives. Five days to decide.

  • Day 90: Beta closes. Convert at your founder rate, or walk away. No auto-charge, no surprises.

The security part, because you're going to ask

CRMdig connects to your org through a Connected app with read-only access. It cannot write, update, or delete anything in your Salesforce org. Not won't. Can't.

We index your org's metadata and schema, which is what makes plain-English queries fast and accurate. Your Salesforce record data is never stored on our servers. If you want the full picture, our Trust & Security page lays it out in detail.

Why join now

Two honest reasons.

First, the math on founder pricing. Join in July, and your day-85 pricing offer lands right before Q4 public launch. You lock your rate before the public price is set, and you'll have had 90 real days to decide whether CRMdig earns a spot in your workflow.

Second, influence. The earlier you join, the more of the roadmap is still unwritten. Beta feedback from the next 90 days is what we build against between now and launch.

Your CRM knows the answer. You just can't ask it. For 90 days, free, you can.
